New for 2022, we have updated our refund policy to reflect industry standards and the increased cost of track rentals. A full refund may be issued if the request is made prior to one month before start of an event weekend (Saturday). A $100 service fee will be charged for requests made between 15 and 30 days prior to the start of an event weekend. No refund can be given 14 days prior to the start of an event weekend.
