We are a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers for operation. None of our organizers are paid and any and all profits made are used to given back to our participants in various forms, including awards and lower entry fees. With that said, we feel it is critical to give back to those who do the most for our program and to thank all of our volunteers with an industry leading incentive program. For each day worked, general volunteers receive:

- Free lunch

- $100/off per day worked

- Free worker session on track (if time permits)

- skilled volunteers can receive bigger discounts (training provided)
